The Basic River Rafting Course conducted by the General Thimayya National Academy of Adventure (GETHNAA) is designed to introduce participants to the fundamentals of river rafting, paddling techniques, river safety, rafting equipment, teamwork, rescue procedures and emergency response.

The course combines theoretical instruction with practical river-based training, helping participants develop the knowledge, technical skills and confidence required to participate safely and responsibly in river rafting activities.

What You Will Learn??

Introduction to River Rafting

Participants are introduced to the fundamentals of river rafting and the outdoor environment in which the activity is conducted.

Training includes:
