Note for the Participants

• Package Includes: Accommodation, vegetarian food, training and required training equipment are included in the course/camp package.

• Food: Only vegetarian food will be provided during the course/camp.

• Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided in clean and hygienic dormitory facilities, with separate arrangements for male and female participants.

• Instructors: Both male and female instructors will be available during the training programme.

• Training Equipment: All required equipment will be provided by GETHNAA during training. Participants are responsible for using the equipment properly and must hand over all equipment after use.

• Age Eligibility – Weekend Courses & Camps: Open to participants aged 15 years and above.

• Age Eligibility – Professional Courses: Professional Courses offered at subsidized fees are open to participants aged 15 to 35 years.

• Parent/Guardian Consent: Participants who are 15-18 years old must submit a parent/guardian consent letter after registration.

• Limited Seats: Each course/camp has a maximum of 30 seats only.

• Registration: Seats will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to successful payment verification.

• Travel: Travel to and from the course/camp location is not included in the package. Participants must make their own travel arrangements.

• Certificate: A certificate will be provided to participants who successfully complete the respective course/camp as per the programme requirements.

• Itinerary: The detailed course/camp itinerary will be shared shortly with the confirmed participants.
