Dormitory Accommodation: Stay arrangements are made for participants for the duration of the event.
Meals: Wholesome meals will be served throughout the program.
Rafting Equipment: Official rafts and safety gear required for the competition will be provided on-site.

Team Event: This is a team-based competition; participants must register as a team.
Karnataka Residents Only: All team members must be residents of Karnataka.
Strict Disqualification Policy: Teams with participants from outside Karnataka will face immediate disqualification without exception.
